I am sure you have seen the video: Casey Heynes, a big but gentle kid, finally snaps after suffering long running torment. After years of turning the other cheek, he finally turns on his tormentors. In a fit of righteous indignation, he picks up the smaller more aggressive kid and slams him against the ground.
All the mealy mouthed whiners will tell you that violence is not the answer, but it was for Casey. It is likely he will no longer suffer bullying, he has garnered support from around the world, and his father describes him as “walking taller.” This sounds like a good result for the boy.
Sometimes violence, carefully and judiciously dispensed, is the answer. It is only bullies that will try to convince you otherwise.
YouTube, evidently following some pansy-assed “zero tolerance” policy forces you to sign in to view copies of the video (open copies may exist, I did not find them). I could not find the original, as stories featuring it seem to have crowded it out. However, here is a short report that includes the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzhFan3kk0E
